Odyssey blend
This medium roasted blend has been a favourite of our customers for some time. Giving a more traditional cup we use specialty grade Central American, Ethiopian and Sumatran coffees. Odyssey is a great all-rounder, if you wish to brew through an espresso machine, cafetiere or if you are looking for a great bean to cup option it extracts really well.
Roaster suggestion :
This coffee is medium bodied so start at 16 grams with 40 grams in the cup, brew it over 27 seconds for espresso, adjust from there for your preferred taste. If a large coffee is your thing ( 12oz/ 340ml) this blend will hold its flavour but you may have to increase on the stated numbers.
Filter: 50gram per 1 litre of water / 25grams per 500ml of water, adjust ratio to your taste.
