Colombian Excelso
This coffee is an early colour in medium roast, resulting in a coffee that has a little punch and is very versatile. Giving a more unique cup we use only specialty grade Colombian coffees. If you wish to brew through an espresso machine, french press, or stovetop pot.
Roaster suggestion :
This coffee has a medium body so start at 16 grams with 40 grams in the cup, brew it over 25 seconds for espresso, adjust from there for your preferred taste. If a large coffee is your thing ( 12oz/ 340ml) this blend will hold its flavour but you may have to increase the stated numbers.
Filter: 50gram per 1 litre of water / 25grams per 500ml of water, adjust the ratio to your taste.
